Refund Policy
At Startazza, we prepare fresh, high-quality products and tailor our service to each event. Because of this, all bookings require upfront planning and costs.
Cancellations:

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event: Full refund of any deposit or prepayment.

Cancellations made 7–13 days before the event: 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event: No refund.
No-Shows:
If the client does not show up for the booked event, no refund will be provided.
Event Changes:
If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional costs if stock or staffing has already been arranged.
Startazza Cancellations:
In the unlikely event that we are unable to attend your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. vehicle breakdown, staff illness), you will receive a full refund of any deposit or prepayment.
